Depending of the work load of our artisans, please allow around 10 to 15 working days for your order to arrive. All handbags are handcrafted and monogrammed to order for the customer. For urgent orders please contact us before placing the order and we will try our best to deliver on time!

We ship worldwide with UPS or DHL EXPRESS. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

The shipping cost does not include import duties and taxes. This will be charged and collected upon delivery. Additional charges will apply as per each destination country’s customs tax regulations. Soleil is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

If you refuse to pay taxes/duties, your order may be returned to us. In this situation, the return shipping cost, as well as any duties and fees, will be deducted from your refund.

We ship worldwide although some countries might not appear at checkout. If this happens, please contact us at hello@shop-soleil.com and we will send you the shipping costs and a link for payment.

Because our bags are handcrafted especially for you, we do not accept exchanges and returns except for faulty items.
