How many letters can I add to my bag?

Depending on the size of the bag, two to three. However, if you have any requests please e-mail us at hello@shop-soleil.com.

Can I wash my Soleil bag?

Yes you can, all our fabrics are washable. Ideally hand wash with mild soap taking care of the monogrammed parts. For stains, you can gently use a brush with soap.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do with DHL Express. If you cannot check out to your country through the website please e-mail us at hello@shop-soleil.com and we will give you a personalised shipping quote and will send you a link for your order.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number.

How long will my order take?

Our bags take around 10/15 working days for both production and shipping, depending on the country of shipping and the workload of our studio.

I'm buying a gift for someone and need it for an exact date, can you guarantee a sooner delivery?

We'll try our best, please e-mail us at hello@shop-soleil.com before you place the order.

Can I return my order?

All our bags are made to order so we do not accept returns.

Where are you based and where are Soleil bags made?

We are based in Valencia, Spain. All our fabrics and bags are made here too!
